This campaign replaces the usual 50€
minimum purchase value for gift of shipping to Portugal Continental (for Wood, Azores and others Countries the costs are due to the customer).

Free Ports in Portugal Continental for purchases of Value equal to or greater than 50 €. Except high weight/volume products*. Ilha da Madeira, Azores and other countries, the costs are due to the customer).

For orders less than 50€ the shipping value will be 5 € (DHL Hand Delivery) , 6 € (delivery via CTT), if the customer is not in a position to receive the goods it will be forwarded to a servicepoint or to a CTT post, no new delivery attempt exists.


*High weight/volume products
, such as lands, decorations or some accessories, may be added to a transport fee of 0.25 € per kg/1 liter volume (approximately) of merchandise. This addition is mentioned in the product record, being automatically made in the order act, adding to the value of "Total ports", and applies even in purchases over 50 € (in which the sizes of 5€/6€ become free for Continental Portugal, passing the customer only to pay the added shipping fee).


All orders for Continental Portugal will be shipped within 48 business hours after confirmation of payment ( Ilha da Madeira, Azores and others Countries may have changes for logistics issues).


All our products travel assured, if at the time of receipt of the goods notice that the outer packaging is damaged, it should mention this damage in the transport guide in possession of the delivery person, and whenever possible to open and check the products in the presence of the post or carrier.


You will also need to communicate this occurrence to our commercial department with the order number and name indication for the email (info@luso-bonsai.com) within 48 hours, Luso-Bonsai will return/replace directly to the customer, in case of extravio will be made the total return of the goods.


If you choose to request the return of the purchase value, it will be made within 5 working days after the return of the goods. In order for this situation to be more skeptical, we ask that I send the IBAN and the name of the holder.


Luso-Bonsai is not responsible for delays or damages caused by incorrect address data provided by the customer, but will try to solve the problem in order to ensure that the customer will receive the goods as soon as possible.


Ilha da Madeira and Azores


Shipping to Isle of Wood and the Azores transport costs are due to the customer, for further clarification contact our Commercial department (info@luso-bonsai.com).

Shipping time can vary according to chosen mode, and the zone:


CTT EMS 19 island of Wood-3 to 5 days.


CTT EMS 48 Ilha da Madeira-6 to 7 days may exceed the estimated time. In this option we do not suggest sending live plants.


CTT EMS 19 Azores-3 to 4 days, and may exceed the estimated time for some islands.


CTT EMS 48 Azores-6 to 9 days, and may exceed the estimated time for some islands. In this option we do not suggest sending live plants.


After ordering, before making payment, you must inform us of my desired shipment, we will send a mail with shipping cost and delivery forecast.

Consumer Responsibility

After the acquisition of the plants in Luso-Bonsai, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure adequate care for their maintenance and development. This includes, but is not limited to:


Watering:
Bonsai plants have specific water needs to be met. The customer should be informed about the frequency and quantity of water required for the purchased plant.


Lighting:
Each type of bonsai has different requirements regarding direct sunlight. The customer must ensure that the plant receives the proper amount of light, avoiding both excessive exposure and lack of direct sunlight.


Nutrition:
The use of appropriate fertilizers is essential for healthy plant growth. The customer should be aware of the nutritional needs of your plant and apply the fertilizers according to the instructions.


Environment:
The temperature and humidity of the environment where bonsai will be maintained are also critical factors. The customer must ensure that the conditions are suitable for the acquired species.


Luso-Bonsai is committed to providing information about the necessary care for each plant sold, but is not responsible for damage or problems that may occur due to the lack of appropriate care by the customer.
