FREE DELIVERYFor shopping+50 € and -30Kg, , average delivery time of 48 working hours, after shipment* -Except high weight/volume products. **

When orders reach 100 kg of total weight, the commercial department will make a transportation cost budget based on the most advantageous option.

For orders less than 50€ the shipping value will be calculated automatically when selecting the carrier, based on the final weight of the order.

If the customer is not at the place to receive the goods, it will be forwarded to a servicepoint or to a CTT post, no further attempt to deliver.

ILHA DA MADEIRA AND STEELS

Shipping to Isle of Wood and Azores transportation costs run by the customer and are automatically calculated for orders up to 15 kg.

When orders reach 15 kg of total weight, the shipping cost value ceases to be calculated automatically, appearing as the only option, the carrier "ORTION / BUDGET / PRESUPUEST + 100kg", must be selected, and do not make payment without the commercial department send a shipping cost budget, based on the most advantageous option.

Shipping time can vary according to chosen mode, and the zone:

CTT EMS 19 island of Wood-3 to 5 days.

CTT EMS 48 Ilha da Madeira-6 to 9 days may exceed the estimated time. In this option we do not suggest sending live plants.

CTT EMS 19 Azores - 5 to 8 days, and may exceed the estimated time for some islands.

CTT EMS 48 Azores- 8 to 15 days, and may exceed the estimated time for some islands. In this option we do not suggest sending live plants.

UNITED KINGDOM

Due to Brexit's restrictions it is not possible to send us.

The average delivery time after shipment*depends on the Carrier Parent/Op, but must always be calculated 48 Working hours after payment.

High weight/volume products**, as some substrates, decorations or accessories, twill always carry costs. This value is calculated automatically in the order act based on the weight/volume of the product and the selected carrier. This addition is mentioned in the product record and adds to the order value in the field "Ship.

All products travel assured, if at the time of receipt of the goods note that the outer packaging is damaged, it should mention this damage in the transport guide, take pictures of the external packaging and any damage, and where possible to open and check the products in the presence of the post or carrier.

You will have to communicate this occurrence to us,With the indication of the order number and name, for the email (info@luso-bonsai.com) within 48 hours, the Luso-Bonsai will return/substituteTion directly to the customer, in case of extravio will be made the total return of the goods.

If you choose to request the return of the purchase amount, it will be made within 5 working days after receipt of the returned goods. For this purpose, we need you to send us the IBAN and the name of the holder.

Luso-Bonsai is not liable for delays or damage caused by incorrect address data provided by the customer, but will try to solve the problem before the carrier in order to ensure that the customer will receive the goods as soon as possible.

Consumer Responsibility

After the acquisition of plants in Luso-Bonsai, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure adequate care for their maintenance and development. This includes, but is not limited to:

Watering: Bonsai plants have specific water needs to be met. The customer should be informed about the frequency and quantity of water required for the purchased plant.

Lighting: Each type of bonsai has different requirements regarding direct sunlight. The customer must ensure that the plant receives the proper amount of light, avoiding both excessive exposure and lack of direct sunlight.

Nutrition: The use of appropriate fertilizers is essential for healthy plant growth. The customer should be aware of the nutritional needs of your plant and apply the fertilizers according to the instructions.

Environment: The temperature and humidity of the environment where bonsai will be maintained are also critical factors. The customer must ensure that the conditions are suitable for the acquired species.

Luso-Bonsai undertakes to provide information about the necessary care for each plant sold, but is not responsible for damages or problems that may occur due to the lack of appropriate care by the customer
