9 year old Prunus Mahaleb Bonsai

Typical species of the North of the Iberian Peninsula (in Portugal native to Beira alta and Trás os Montes) is also known as "Cerejeira de Santa Luzia".

Its oval leaf, bright green, the flowers are white and appear in "cachos", the fruit of an intense red is a cherry with less than 1 cm.

Sometimes flowering and fruit have difficulty in occurring in the most tempered areas due to lack of cold.
