The website www.luso-bonsai.com ,is intended for the dissemination and marketing of goods and services of products of the brand "Luso-Bonsai" and others that it commercializes, to customers over 18 years. This site and the Brand "Luso-Bonsai" are the property of the company Luso-Bonsai, Unipersonal, Lda, based on Pedro Alvares Cabral CCI2421, 2985-139 Pegões, with the NIPC 503 695 866 and under that number enrolled in the Conservatory of the Commercial Register of Montijo.
Acceptance of the Terms by Using the Website
By accessing and using the website www.luso-bonsai.com, you acknowledge and agree to the "Terms and Conditions" described herein. If you do not agree to any provision, it is recommended that you do not use the site. The continued use of the website implies full acceptance of the established conditions. Luso-Bonsai reserves the right to change the "Terms and Conditions" at any time, making changes effective from its publication on the site. You must periodically check the Terms and Conditions.
Customer Satisfaction Policy (Right Contract Resolution)
"Resolution Right of contract"-pursuant to Article 10 of Decree-Law No 24/2014 of February 14
In accordance with Article 10 of Decree-Law No 24/2014 of 14 February, establishes the legal regime applicable to the protection of consumers in distance and outside the commercial establishment, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/ EU of the European Parliament and of the Council which the customer is entitled to terminate the contract without relying on any reason, or charge any costs. The communication of the resolution should be made by the customer to Luso-Bonsai by email or any other unequivocal means.
Main Points of Decree-Law No 24/2014:
Right of Repentance: Consumers have the right to give up purchase within 14 days (Salvo Exceptions*) from the date of receipt of the product to exercise its right of free resolution, without having to justify the decision.
Exceptions to the Right of Repentance: The right of repentance does not apply to certain categories of products, such as:
*Perishable products as living material (plants and flowers) the deadline resolution Right Is 48 hours and the return will have to be made within 3 days of receipt of the goods, if the client wishes to exercise his right of free resolution he must inform our commercial department via email info@luso-bonsai.com with the order number and identification of the recipient.
Return costs: The return costs are due to the customer, and the goods must be returned duly packaged with all its components and accessories, in perfect condition of conservation without showing signs of use, in the event of a request for exchange of the item by the customer the return costs and the new re-examination will take place on account of the customer.
They are not covered by the Commercial Satisfaction Policy the return of plants that present conservation damage (seat, location errors) and/or aesthetic alterations (such as prunings, scraps, transplants).
The purchase value will be returned within 5 working days after receipt of the goods.
Guarantees
Plants or other articles that mention "photo Representative" a plant similar to that of the photo, may be presented at another phase of the vegetative cycle, not coincident with the image (other leaf tone, caduca, with or without flower, or fruit, depending on the species).
Given the handcrafted nature of the vessels and some accessories, there may be small differences of size, or slight variations in the tonality.
In Bonsai, the customer can after placing the order, request the sending of a real/current photo of the specimen you will receive, sufficient to the effect request at the order act step 3 Shipping Methodselecting the pisco "I would like to receive a real/current picture of the plant before payment" or later to our commercial department via email net.compras@luso-bonsai.com, referring to the number of the same.
In the event of an ‘stock’ computer error, or in the event that the information presented contains some error regarding the characteristics and prices of the product, Luso-Bonsai undertakes to correct as soon as possible, as soon as it detects, that is, informed of it. Luso-Bonsai also undertakes to return the amount paid by the customer or, if it wishes to replace the product with an equal value, without the customer being entitled to compensation for the event.
All of our plants are properly packaged and in perfect health conditions, Luso-Bonsai, is registered as a plant producer and marketer in the Ministry of Agriculture, selling all of its plants under the PASSAPORT FITOSSANITARY-CE-N.o Registration.3-1990 (DGAV), is still registered in the NACIONAL REGISTO Register of CITES-N.
Prices
The prices proposed include VAT at the legal rate in force being presented in Euros.
The prices indicated do not include delivery expenses, which will be added in order validation.
Some high-weight/volume products may have an increase in transport cost, the same appears in the referred article and the order is automatically added in "Total Ports"
Purchase process
When making a purchase on the Luso Bonsai website, the customer must select the desired products and add them to the shopping cart. After reviewing the order, the customer will be directed to the checkout page, where they must provide billing, delivery information (so as to avoid errors and that this action is more selective to create your customer account with all the data previously intended), and choose the payment method, as well as the carrier. The customer will be notified by email about order confirmation and shipping status.
Luso-Bonsai reserves the right to cancel or refuse any request in cases of inconsistencies in the information provided, unavailability of the product or suspected fraud.

Orders that have not been paid within 8 days of completion will be automatically cancelled.
Discount and promotion policy
VIP Discount - All registered customers in our Shop ‘online’ and/or physical store enjoy 10% discount on all articles, except items whose code is started by 99..., services, some bibliography and botanical or flowerless orchids. This discount is not cumulative with other discounts and takes effect all year round (except for the exceptions mentioned in which no discount will appear).
Whenever the value of "VIP Disconnect" be replaced (not cumulative) by another "Campaign" discount more than 10%, the discount value and deadline of campaign will be advertised on the product chart and does not apply in the physical store, except for orders via virtual store with survey in our physical facilities sitas in : Luso-Bonsai unipersonal, Lda-Rua Pedro Alvares Cabral CCI 2421 Trapo Forts 2985-139 Sto Isidro de Pegões.

The website www.luso-bonsai.com and all its content are protected under the Intellectual Property Law, and are owned by Luso-Bonsai, Unipersonal, Lda. Any use, reproduction or total mention, or partial of its contents are prohibited and constitute a crime when carried out without the prior permission of Luso-Bonsai, Unipersonal, Lda.
