Produced in high-strength steel (HRC 54-56), in two Carbonic ranges (with a small amount of Chromium, to prevent the appearance of Rust) and in Stainless steel (with 13% Chromium, maximum level required to be considered Stainless, and which prevents the appearance of rust).


The quality of the steel allows sufficient strength for cutting tools, but simultaneously the ideal "softness" to be easily sharpened.
