Rhiza Bonsai Plus XL 75 units.
Root bio-stimulant in tablet form, composed of mycorrhizae (endo and ecto), amino acids and “Rhizospheric Microorganisms* Promoting Root Plant Growth” (PGPR), integrated into an organic fertilizer that will facilitate its inoculation.
It does not replace fertilizers, it complements them by strengthening the plant, used as a complement to a "basic nutrition plan," which should contain a complete fertilizer (Fertil Bonsai Humic or Green & Gold Bonsai Organic or Biogold) ideally combined with a bio-stimulant (Bio Bonsai Activ), and if necessary other fertilizers from our range.
For detailed information on how to combine it with other products from our range, consult the complete nutrition plan datasheet.
It is suitable for all bonsai species.
Application method and dosage:
Pot 15 to 20 cm – ¼ to ½ Tablet
Pot 20 to 30 cm -½ to ¾ Tablet
For larger pots, increase the dose proportionally.
Maintenance: For healthy plants, twice a year (ideally at the beginning of Spring (March) and after Summer (September) along with the "Autumn Fertilization".
Recovery: Weak plants with root problems such as excess water, root fungi, or difficulty in nutrient assimilation, apply monthly until full recovery, minimum 3 consecutive months.
Transplant: Place on the soil near the roots, crushing the tablet between fingers to distribute evenly.
For application (outside transplantation): water abundantly, then place the whole tablet on the soil, and lightly water over the product to keep it moist, it will dissolve in a few days.
The best results period is between February and November, but for weak plants it should be used all year round.
The root and overall plant strengthening action is based on the symbiotic relationship (Mycorrhiza) between beneficial fungi and the plant roots; the fungus facilitates the plant's water and nutrient uptake, making it more efficient and strong, and also competes against pathogenic root fungi.
The rhizospheric microorganisms*(root-associated) (PGPR - Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria) break down, mineralize, and solubilize nutrients, facilitating their uptake and availability to the plant and the mycorrhizal fungi living in symbiosis with it.
They are elicitors, producing metabolites (phytohormones and enzymes) that have an antagonistic effect on abiotic stress factors (fungi, bacteria, and harmful pests) by inhibition/competition, creating a "suppressive soil” (soils where beneficial microorganisms outnumber harmful ones, neutralizing them through competition).
They also stimulate "Induced Systemic Resistance (ISR)", protecting plants from biotic stress factors (environmental stresses like drought, excess water, frost, etc.).
They degrade toxic substances in the soil, including heavy metals (aluminum, chlorine, sodium, etc.) that accumulate and inhibit nutrient uptake.
The amino acids of plant origin, which have superior “bio-hormonal” activity (compared to animal-derived ones), facilitate plant development by enabling faster synthesis of its own proteins and help in recovery and response to all types of plant stress (abiotic and biotic).
It should be applied at transplant near the roots, then used for maintenance, and also for recovery of weak plants.
Due to the organic component, slight mold may appear after the first days of application; this process is normal and harmless to the plant, does not emit bad odors nor attract insects.
After using fungicides and bactericides, reapply as certain phytosanitary products can destroy mycorrhizae.
Special precautions:
Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children and animals. In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water and soap; if ingested, contact a doctor.
