Produced from high-strength steel (HRC 54-56), in two ranges: Carbon steel (with a small amount of Chromium to prevent the appearance of rust) and Stainless steel (with 13% Chromium, the maximum level required to be considered stainless, which prevents the appearance of rust).


The quality of the steel provides sufficient resistance for cutting tools, while at the same time having the ideal "smoothness" to be easily sharpened.
